Hello everyone!

I'm a 25-year-old girl from Finland (currently living in Australia) who loves to travel. I could say that's my biggest passion in life and that's actually why I started studying tourism. I also like to learn languages, as you can see.

About my personality... Because I am Finnish, I might seem quiet and shy when you first meet me but that's just the cover. When you get to know me, I'm a bubbly and talkative young lady :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have heard good things about it from my friends and now I finally got enough courage to try it myself! On my trips I wish to have more contact with locals and the "real life" in the city, not just the touristic things and what would be better for that than Couchsurfing!

In addition to traveling and languages, I love baking, zumba, photographing on my trips and just around my city, watching movies and just hanging out with my friends.

Hmmmm... I think I would say to go on an exchange in high school. When my parents suggested it, I didn't have to think twice. Although already before that I'd loved travelling, it gave me courage to use English more and travel on my own and be independent.

I would like to tell you about my country. Many people that don't know much about Finland think that we live in igloos and it's always freezing cold, which is not true at all.
