Hello! I am Lotta, a 21-year-old student of social sciences in the University of Jyväskylä. I am very active in all sorts of organisations, such as scouts, and I am involved in youth politics as the EU Youth Delegate of Finland. This permits me to travel a lot after long two years of staying home!

As a person ,I am outgoing and introvert at the same time - meaning that I love to meet new people but I'm also more than fine with spending time by myself and I also want to respect other people's need for time alone. My favorite things to do while exploring a new city are eating (first and foremost!), walking around and going to all sorts of events. Live concerts are the best whether I know the artist or not!

I am very into nature, art and handicrafts, such as knitting and sewing. I'm also happy to show off my bartender skills by making you your new favorite cocktail!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing makes any city a 100 times more interesting as you get to explore it with the help of a local person and create friendships that last way longer than your trip. Hopefully I'll be able to host myself soon!
