ABOUT ME

i'm 20 years old and waiting to go overseas. i love being silly and dancing to rock music/cheesy dance songs and motown classics. i have a one way ticket to london for october of this year and can't wait to leave! i speak portuguese and want to learn spanish or any other language that will have me. i love music (most kinds) dancing like an idiot, going out, seeing new things, talking, learning how to cook/how to speak in other languages/how to do new things, fashion, reading...

PHILOSOPHY

life is there to live, and your body is there to use, and everything else should follow after that...
you should treat people how you want to be treated (our mums were right)
and be open minded
i like to believe everyone is a good person, i have alot of faith in the human race

i have yet to experience couch surfing internationally but have met several people surfing on the couches of my friends.

i like all kinds of music, i love hip hop, indie, alternative, classic rock, motown, anything from the 60's, jazz, blues, grunge, international music, but not the shitty kind they play in cafes, i also love the musical guilty pleasures in life

things i like to watch- darjeeling limited, paris je t'aime, mighty boosh, the young ones, sixteen candles, synecdoche new york and shows from my childhood etc

i love to read shocking autobiographies and any novel of the sort, some favourites- the belljar, high fidelity, on the road, oh and alot of embarassing cheesy trash.

i lived in another country(ie brasil), in another continent with another family for one year, it was an amazing experiencing another culture first hand and living with people i could learn so much off

i can teach people how to- speak Portuguese, speak English, origami, cook some things, dance badly,
i can also teach people some things about Australia, the beautiful country i come from and our culture
i want to learn everything! languages, spanish, cooking different cusines...etc
