ABOUT ME

I am 24 and have just moved from Pereira to Bogota to coach lacrosse full time and start a girls league massive in the big old city of Bogota. My Spanish is improving (I hope), I drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time dreaming about chocolate hobnobs or listening to the Lion King soundtrack.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything will be alright in the end, and if it's not yet alright, it is not the end. As well as carpe bloody diem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I guess I just try and make friends.. bit desperate. It's a grand place to meet people and when I'm back in England and have a couch/bed/floor I shall let any roofless little soul through my front door.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bloody brilliant. Every house I've found in Bogota has come about through couchsurfing. Colombians are the bloody best!

Interests

I love reading, running, drawing, listening to music and meeting other humans. I like learning about other cultures and sharing my experiences with other people. And obviously I love Colombia and everything that comes with it (almost).

Music, Movies, and Books

Books books books. I wish I was a book. No really, I love reading. Almost everything. Except I find Dickens a tricky old fellow to keep going with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once served Josh Hartnett a burger when I was working at the Edinburgh Festival in my little burger van. I do think that the north coast of Scotland is the most beautiful place in the world to travel.. do it people.
