Teach, Learn, Share

I can make world class guacamole, legendary Dal, teach you how to dance with fire, play a musical instrument, throw a frisbee, or skateboard. I can share some ideas on living life to the fullest, staying young, and cultivating the courage to live profoundly here & now. I can give you insight into how to fly a helicopter, scuba dive, trek across mountain ranges, overcome fear and depression, & how to successfully raise a teenage daughter. There’s a lot to unpack and I look forward to offering my heart, my ears, laughter, perspective, & my wisdom. Let’s dance!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Positive energy and free hugs! Let's dance! I will play my musical instruments for you. I'll show you how to throw a frisbee, ride a skateboard, Texas Two-Step, or spin poi so you can be a fire dancer. I can gift you a reiki session. I can also show you some simple ways to meditate if you are interested in mindfulness. I have many skills and can share my knowledge and experiences with you. I'll talk your ear off or enjoy silence with you =)
