I'm a french student and I want to discover what couchsurfing really is. I love cooking, traveling (obviously), talking with people from all around the world and I'm passioned about art under all it forms ! I think i'm a friendly, funny and open-minded person. I live in Santiago, Chile since July to study for one year here and I really enjoy my time here, visiting the country, meeting the chilean people and speaking Spanish everyday which is what I like most in this experience.

Soy un estudiante francés que quiere descubrir lo que realmente es el couchsurfing. Me encanta cocinar los productos que compro en el mercado, viajar (obvio), hablar con personas que vienen de diferentes partes del mundo y soy apasionado por el arte bajo todas sus formas. Pienso que soy una persona amistosa, divertida y sobre todo abierta. Ahora vivo en Santiago de Chile desde julio y estudio en la Universidad de Chile durante un año, es un sueño para mí poder vivir en este país y me gusta mucho mi vida acá, visitando Chile, conociendo cada día más los chilenos y sus chilenismos pero creo que lo que más me gusta en esta experiencia es poder hablar español todo el tiempo.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that this way to travel can be very interesting socially. I don't see travels as just taking pictures of beautiful monuments and touristic places but I believe that traveling is the best way to meet people and see what the culture of the country where you are is really.

Creo que el couchsurfing permite viajar de una manera más intensa. Yo no veo los viajes cómo solo sacar fotos de lindos paisajes o edificios pero lo que más me interesa es encontrar a la gente que vive en el lugar que estoy visitando.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joining a Simulation of the United Nations (MUN) in Havana, Cuba because I had to organise all the trip over there and I also had to teach to my delegation how to slay in that event. It was so interesting because I had many duties as I had to manage a group of 12 persons but I really enjoyed this moment because we won a lot of awards and we also visited many place in Cuba.

Participar a un Modelos de las Naciones Unidas en Cuba porque tuve que organizar todo el viaje allí y también tuve que enseñar a los miembros de mi delegación cómo salir adelante en el evento. Era muy interesante porque tuve muchas responsabilidades (cuidar un grupo de 12 personas,...) pero me encantó esta experiencia porque ganemos muchos premios y visitemos hartos lugares en Cuba.
