Hi everybody.

I'm Lou from France, I've been travelling since a while in different countrys and i loved it.  It' always exciting to discover new places and meet with people from all over the world. In my previous travel experience I was so happy to hang out with local people, it gave me the chance to live an authentic travel experience and to learn more about the culture and a lot of subject. That's exactly why i'm here on couch surfing.

Canada was my first travel experience alone, it's a complete different way of travelling than i used to but it brings me a lot of joy and good moments.
My partner is coming to join myself at some point of the journey.

I enjoy exploring and spending time in Nature, so i'm always down for outdoors activities.
I love tasty and healthy food so i'm always down to share a good meal. I also like to cook great vegetarian (mostly) recipes.

I would say that I've an easy going mindset, and I'm open minded. For me the wealth is all about difference and diversity between each other.

 I'm trying to travel with a small budget, so sometimes it's good if I can find a place to stay for the night but if you're agree to host me, you can be sure that I would be respectful and that I'll share with you all my good energy. I would be happy to share talks around a drink too because.

Interests

I'm super curious so i like to try different things. For me life is all about learning and experiencing ! I like to be with people but i also need to be by myself to keep my energy up. I try to have a meditation practice.
