Overview
About Me
(I am totally new on Couchsurfing, hence the lack of references on my profile, but I’m looking forward to be a part of the community!!)
I am a 23 yo interrailing for one month :))
I'm doing this trip alone precisely to be more open to meeting new people, stories, and cultures. So, via couchsurfing, not only am I looking for a corner of a couch to sleep on, but I seek to meet people who will want to share their best food addresses and recomandations, their best hidden spots, the nice museums, bars, streets to walk in, who will maybe even want to talk to me about their life and experience in the city!
Travelling is a thing of the heart, really, so I will bring an enthusiastic mood for one of two nights, hoping to share a memorable time that we'll talk about years from now!!
Looking forward to meet you, dear hosts,
Friendly, travellingly, can't-wait-ly,
Lou
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My main intention is to share nice, funny, unexpected moments with new people to discover places through local eyes rather than Google's recommandations :))

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently (changes every day, approx) :
Music: Boogie wonderland (Earth, Wind and Fire) - It Started Out So Nice (Sixto Rodriguez) - Every single song from ABBA - I'm So excited (the Pointed Sisters) - Maghreb (Saint- Levant) - and so one, waiting for you to complete my list hehe
Films: All year long I have a thousand favorite movies, and the second I have to actually chose, it's like I have never watched a single film in my life, terrible...
Livres: Paresse Pour Tous (Hadrien Klent) (a book about degrowth and working less to be happier) - Paroles (Jacques Prévert, a poetry book)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to Algeria on my own for one month to meet my family for the first time
Had a crazy workaway experience in Canada (but will talk about it on your couch, because it's quite the story)
Unwillingly ended up in a partner-swapping hotel in Mexico
Fell in love multiple times
Teach, Learn, Share
Love to discuss emotions and experiences. They are what make us alive and strong and sensitive and curious and open, so yes, that's something I love to talk, share and learn about.
I have studied sociology and political science, so I love to learn and share about customs and political contexts in different countries.
Also: hiking, sailing, teaching, agriculture, and many more are amongst my favorite topics.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some time, good conversation, maybe a walk and/or a drink/meal if you have the time! Anything you are willing to share, basically. And if it simply is your couch, it is great and enough, and I know how to make myself discrete!
