ABOUT ME

I would say that I'm happy and forgetful, often running into wee problems and usually finding fun solutions. For example, the fact that my proper c/s account keeps locking me out, so please see "Louise Bless" for all of the rest of the details of my perhaps interesting but mostly scatterbrained life. :)

I love to eat, especially with my fingers. I am a bit (ok, a lot) of a dirty hippie. I love being a Scout, and to dance and sing - sometimes out of key. I love being outdoors, and the planet in general. I believe there is more good than bad, and in peace. I enjoy going to the theatre, canyoning,diving, baking, op-shopping and discovering how all the world's systems interact.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Lena and I were rescued by a lovely Canadian-Croatian Messaiah in Bratislava and that is when I realised I had to join couchsurfing =)

I have now surfed all over the world and loved it - and started sharing the love by hosting wherever I am at home!

Making silly poems full of terrible puns, hiking, canyoning, caving, SCUBA diving, motorbike riding...and anything involving gluten-free cake. I'm a Scout and love trying to sound less ridiculous in other people's languages. Making gifts from recycled materials, moonlight picnics and dreaming up amazing Alice in Wonderland tea parties. I really enjoy dancing, lying on the grass in the sun, hanging out with my dog, eating chocolate and rescuing bees from the swimming pool. If it can be eaten, climbed, hitchhiked or learnt, I am probably up for it =)

Antarctica. Wow. It is just so powerful and fragile at the same time, and it was so scary to see how things are changing there.
