I like to talk and learn about people. I’m patient and a lot of fun. Graduated with a Economics degree from Laval University. Currently working for a transport company. As a hobby I like to hike, play music, juggle, skate/snowboarding, play basketball - well any sports really.

J’aime parler et apprendre des gens. Je suis patient et j’essaie le plus possible. J'ai gradué en Économie de l'Université Laval. Je travail pour une compagnie de transport. Pour passer le temps, j’aime le plein-air, la musique, le skate/snowboard, jouer au basket - bref sensiblement tous les sports. Je suis présentement en plein surf sur la Trans-Canadienne. C’est un retour de Jasper, Alberta où j’ai fais de la randonnée tout l’été.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At first, I met a bunch of couchsurfers at my friend’s place. It was amazing to learn from those people about their country or simply their way of life. More, it kinda gives you a new way to look at your own city, which can be confusing, but always fun. I love people. Later in life, I’d like to open an hostel and couchsurfing is a good way for me to see if I really like the giving-receiving vibe that comes with that life style.

Au départ, j’ai rencontré plusieurs couchsurfers à l’appartement de mon ami. De fil en aiguille, ce fut incroyablement plaisant d’apprendre de ces gens autant à propos de leurs propres pays que de leurs modes de vie. Aussi, ça te permet d’avoir un second regard sur ta propre ville, ce qui peut-être déstabilisant mais toujours intéressant. J’aime les gens. Plus tard, j’aimerais m’ouvrir une auberge jeunesse et couchsurfing est une bonne façon de se familiariser avec l’esprit de don/contre-don ou donnant-donnant, du métier.
