My name is Louis, I am a 25 years old student from Paris suburbs! Like most people here, I want to meet locals when travelling, either for sightseeing, having a nice meal or a drink!

I recently graduated from an engineering school in Lyon, France and am now a PhD student sharing his time between Lyon and Sendai (Japan).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I expect to meet unexpected people :) ! I really like this platform which exists thanks to the curiosity of some people for meeting some other people and I really hope Couchsurfing can reach its pre-pandemic popularity again.
I am also really willing to discover local food everywhere I go, so I am very interested in sharing a meal with the surfers I meet !
