About Me
Hello there!
My name is Louisa, I am 25 years old and born and raised in the beautiful city of Berlin. Before starting to travel, I was working full time for youth welfare to fully complete my studies of social work. I studied social work in Wolfenbüttel (Lower Saxony) and returned to Berlin for my internship.
After having finished in February 2019 I am travelling together with my boyfriend Arthur (27) who studies Data Science/ Computer Science in his Masters. We have been to the Australian Westcoast so far and are now travelling in Indonesia. After that we want to go to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, before we’ll have to head back to Germany in September 2019.
As we are trying to meet locals as well, Couchsurfing is a great opportunity. We have used the platform workaway as well and have had great experiences with it. So if people cannot host us, it would still be great to just meet up and get to know someone who knows about the area.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I travelled trough India I met so many amazing people trough couchsurfing. That's why I would like to give something back to the community as well as get to know people from all over the world, make new friends and learn from other people.

But I plan to get to reading a lot during my travels so I am always open for suggestions!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have lived abroad three times all in all and every time I met so many amazing people from all over the world and that really fuelled my desire to see new places and meet new people.
