I've just graduated with a degree in biology from the University of Sheffield. I've lived in Sheffield since 2014, except for a year spent in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2015/16 where I studied at the University of Canterbury. I'm currently looking to travel, get some work experience and generally have fun for the next few years before I decide what to do with my life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of meeting new people by sharing a place to sleep with them. I'm friendly and open and love to meet similar people, and I think that the sense of community couchsurfing can deliver should be cherished and encouraged! Good on you, all you friendly, kind and generous couchsurfers!!

Interests

I'm an outdoorsy person, I love having adventures in the wilderness of our wonderful little world. I love climbing, hiking and caving, and I'm pretty much willing to join in on any kind of adventure you could suggest! And of course, after a hard day of adventuring there is nothing better than sitting down with a cold glass of beer or a gin, and a nice book, and putting your feet up!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once ran 42 miles offroad in an overnight ultra maraton called the High Peak Marathon. It was the hardest and craziest but ultimately most rewarding thing I've ever done!
