21 year-old-girl from France (the north, where people eat the cheese that stinks the most - that's a cool reference)
I came to Canada right after highschool, stayed a year in Fredericton, NB (pretty much just enjoyed life) and then moved to Quebec City where I stayed for 3years to study audiovisual in a college before heading to Vancouver during summer '16.
I love to meet different people from anywhere, discover new cultures, have deep or simple conversations, laugh, take pictures / record videos and fooood!
I tend to prioritize simple things in life (like delicious food, friends, beautiful landscapes, green tea, campfires, massages, human connexion, music, and so on), to enjoy the moment and to give importance to life values (like optimism and respect!).
I think I changed a lot since I got in my twenties, and I'm now craving new experiences, getting out of my confort zone and discovering new things!

If we get to eat together : I am vegetarian, but not too picky about it as I often eat fish to be more convenient. Don't worry I am not extre
eme about it and won't make speeches about my choice, even though I enjoy talking about it when people ask by curiosity!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started using Couchsurfing last summer (2016) as I was moving from Quebec to Vancouver and decided to backpack all the way over here.
I can't be more grateful about how Couchsurfing and my hosts have made my trip even more fun and interesting than expected!

Right now I'm transitioning from student life into a more 'professional life', so I still won't have time to hang out with travellers passing by Vancouver but that's on my list of things to do when I will have more free time!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy pretty much every type of music (except country music, and all kinds of metal), depending on the time, my mood and vibe! Love to discover music from all over the world! At the moment im into jazzy / african / hispanic music!

I've never been a big reader, but enjoy it once in a while!

I enjoy pretty much any kind of movie (except western and very old movies). I love documentaries, movie shootings and the magic of postproduction as I studied in audiovisual, but I need to confess that I have no cinema culture (sorry not sorry), I just know how to enjoy entertainment, beautiful images and their composition!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved to Canada by myself when I was 17years old (, yound, and naive).
Seen an awesome sky full of stars in a small and retracted fishmen community in Brazil!
Did some kayak with the beluga whales and met a wild fatty polar bear in Churchill, MN, Canada!
