About Me
Hey World!
I'm Louise, nice to meet you, please allow me to introduce myself.
I am a student in architecture, and I traveled a lot lately!
Hitchhike, carpool, train, bus, plane, boat, bike, as many ways to explore this planet!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I tried Couchsurfing three years ago hitchhiking with a friend, and I caught on.
I definitely think it is a wonderful way to see the world, and as I am able to host, you are welcome to come home! If you are willing to stay, just start your message with Aloha, and I'll see what I will do for you...
Interests
Well... Obviously architecture, I like to visit cities with my nose toward the sky. I have a particular fascination for old places, churches despite my atheism, history and art.
I am part of a Brass Band, so I like to play, sing, make noise! I usually don't travel with my trombone though, you are lucky guys...
And travel... Thanks to a mother who couldn't sit still, I traveled a lot when I was younger, and now I do it by myself!!
But I'm still young, I also love to go out, because the night is sweet and full of colors!

Music, Movies, and Books
So music... hmm... a little bit of everything, with a tendency toward Metal, Electro, Trip-Hop and World.
So let's say Pain of Salvation, Infected Mushroom, Art of Noise, Massive Attack, Archive and Mamady Keita.
The Tarantino filmography, The Matrix, Tank Girl, Crank 1 and 2 (with Jason Stathame), Hayao Miyazaki's animes, Mamoru Oshii, and more!
And finally for the books? I can read approximately anything... with a preference for thrillers, horror, and historical novels.
Oh yes, this one : H2G2!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2006, at the age of 11, with my dad and my step-mother, we climbed one of the 4 Buddhist sacred mountains in China called Emeishan, also called the 7000-step mountain. We were sleeping in monasteries, with Buddhists monks, in the middle of the forest, 5 days to reach the top. That was AMAZING!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an information addict...
I am trying to see as many things I can, to understand the people I am living with.
