About Me

*I'm currently not in France but happy to give you tips on where to go in Paris*
Hey !
I'm a 23 years old student. In terms of what I do/wanna do, I do research in neurosciences and theater which both makes sense and doesn't. I like people and that's one of the main reason why I wanna travel, discover different stories from different people. Also I love to have long talks about basically any subject

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently studying in Canada for a semester, I will soon be travelling around North America and would love to meet people doing so. I feel like when travelling to places without meeting people you're mostly consuming a place and not really trying to discover it. I'd love to welcome people when I come back to my place in France too (not really possible while I'm in Canada).

Music, Movies, and Books

Those last few months, I've been super into the Fleetwwod Mac album, Rumors. Also love old school rock from the 60's, 70's, old and more modern pop french lyricists as well as techno and electro music. I'm always trying to discover new music so I would love to learn about your favorite musics (and love to recommend stuff so we could exchange songs).
I watch and love lots of movies (especially during covid times) so super hard to chose but I'd say Thelma and Louise, The Breakfast club, Children of paradise (old french movie), Todo sobre mi madre and plenty others. Tarantino movies also. And Guy Richie's. And I loved Poor things.
In terms of books I used to read a lot of Sci fi and fantasy, still like those genres a lot but I've been switching it a bit. One of my best discoveries of last year is Haruki Murakami, a japanese writer who's got a talent for creating stories where there's not always much happening but you still get sucked into it

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran through the musical theatre street in London with a friend without finding any remaining places and then we found ourselves on Piccadily circus with all the lights and someone playing an Elton John song. A very theatrical moment

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I could teach you how to make some origamis, the crane bird especially. I'd love to share music and movie with you as I said before.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A meal, a drink, a conversation, stories, I would want to discover people while discovering a place

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Cuba, Italy, Morocco, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, France
