Having quit the city life a few years ago I've since been travelling and studying to change my life, reconnecting back to myself and to the world around me, and healing myself from long term health issues that I was told couldn't be fixed.

Never say never and always believe in yourself - your power is limitless.

I've retrained in yoga and ayurveda (ancient holistic Indian medicine, the sister to yoga). I'm continuing my travelling to grow as a person and continue healing myself with the ultimate aim of being truly happy.

Everything has a purpose and happens exactly as it should. Perhaps it is meeting you fellow couchsurfer?!

What can we learn from each other, how can we share and continue creating a better world?

I might sound a bit spaced and sometimes I am, but I always try to be honest and true.

I am on here to connect with different people without judgement or labelling and I look forward to meeting you, whatever your background and whoever you are.

For me travelling is not just seeing buildings and landscapes although these can be very beautiful. It is understanding the culture, way of life and the people. This takes time so I'm a slow traveller.
But whether I meet a fellow couchsurfer for 5 minutes or make friends for life I love connecting with different people and discovering new things I never knew existed.... you don't know what you don't know!

I like most music genres but I'm not overly knowledgeable about it. I love listening to other people's playlists and sharing mine to discover new cool sounding stuff!

I watch movies but forget the names and claim I haven't watched them, only to annoyingly turn around 5 minutes in to say 'oh wait I've actually seen it can we watch something else please?!'

I read a variety of books depending on my mood and what I want to learn.
