About Me
Hello everyone, my name is Louise and I'm a student in International Management. I don't know yet in what I want to specialize but I'm interested in working abroad because I really like to travel and discover new ways of thinking.
I recently did an Eramus in Fulda (Germany), which makes me want to leave again as soon as possible ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing for an obvious reason : I want to travel and meet people around the world. I can't at the moment welcome Couchsurfers at home (I still live at my parents'home) but my door will be open as soon as I have my own apartment.
Interests
I went horse riding for a long time, and even if I don't have enough time anymore, I take some horse riding lessons during summer with a great pleasure. I also did rock-climbing (especially inside, but also outside).
I like nature, hiking, biking...
Currently, I'm going jogging every Sunday with a friend, and I try to go regularly to my yoga's lessons.
I like art very much (particularly painting) and I did a lot of drama/acting when I was young.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of music styles : rock, indie pop, country, electro, house... Usually, I listen some songs in a continuous loop during a few days, then I discover new ones and I change ;)
Some artists I can't stop listening : Charlie Winston, Foster the People, Jason Mraz, Parov Stelar, Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bombay Bicycle Club, Shaka Ponk, The Kooks, The Strokes, Yael Naim, Two Door Cinema Club...
I love the cinema! I love when the lights turn off and when we bury ourself in the movie. And what I love above all is when we go out from the cinema and feel in another world.
The films that I love (but I certainly forget a lot) : Wall-E, Amélie Poulain, Forrest Gump, Little Miss Sunshine, Grease, Castle in the sky, Requiem for a Dream, Grave of the Fireflies, Arizona Dream, The pianist, Ida, Whiplash, Life is beautiful, The Help, Drive, American Beauty, Sleepy Hollow, Shutter Island, Delusions of grandeur, The Truman Show, Boyhood, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Black Swan, Howl's Moving Castle, West Side Story, Revolutionary Road, Psychosis, Edward Scissorhands, La piel que habito, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Spirited Away, The Wind Rises, Frances Ha, Mustang, Sabrina, Singin' in the rain...
As you can see, I have a linking for Hayao Miyasaki's movies, american movies of the 1950s (with Audrey Hepburn or Marilyn Monroe) and musicals.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, I didn't do a lot of things (still young aha), but I can say I went to Germany as part of an Erasmus exchange, and I didn't speak German AT ALL. My English was not so good, but I did it, and it was such an amazing experience !
Now I can speak three words of German, and my English is so much better.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm French, but I can't teach you how to cook. Except pasta ;)
But I can talk about France, about my trips... I love listening to the opinions of people I meet, and make long debates with them.
