Hello! My name is Louise and I am 21.
I am a happy and curious person who loves travelling and discovering new cultures and new people. I am doing Italian studies at the Grenoble University, and i love it!
I am currently in Eramsus in Rome and looking forward to explore, immerse myself and meet new people!!
I did a gap year before to start my college life, and I had the possibility to travel, and it was so great! It really opened my vision of the world, and now I just want to keep on discovering new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have used Couchsurfing while I was traveling in Andalucia and I loved the encounters I have made so I would like to keep on meeting new people during my trips!
Also, I love being in immersion in the Country, and I love to get to know the culture of the country I’m in.

Music, Movies, and Books

I think that my favorite book is Stockett's 'The Help'. I find it so inspiring and it gives me the envy to do something useful in the world.
I love ' It's only the end of the world', a film of Xavier Dolan!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being aupair in London an in Rome, being immersed in local families and sharing their lives was so rich and so formative!
Also, I have been traveling alone in Spain, wich was amazing, and I have been doing a documentary about flamenco, I loved doing it!!
With a friend we are currently making another documentary about the importance of the balance between sports and study in medicine bachelor, wich was really intresting!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am studying italian and i can easily teach it, so can I with french and english!
I love cooking, and art craft: I used to do a lot of Fimo, polymer clay, when I was younger. I really love all kinds of manual arts and I'll really like to discover more.
I am really curious, so I will love to know about any culture!
