I am 20 years old, and am currently on a gap year. I finished high school in June, and in August I went to Switzerland, where I lived for three months. I really enjoy meeting new people, which is something I have had plenty of opportunity to do in Switzerland, where I have been working with people from all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it is a great way of travelling, since it gives you the chance of meeting people who live in the area that you are visiting, and who can share their experiences about the place. It is also a chance to learn about other cultures and share something about where you are from.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like reading, and I have read a lot of different books. I have always enjoyed fantasy, but I also enjoy for example crime novels.
With a father who plays both country music and Irish folk music, I grew up hearing all sorts of music. I also play a bit myself (piano and a little bit ukulele and guitar), and I love singing.

Volunteering at Our Chalet which is a Guiding/Scouting Centre in the Swiss Alps.
