About Me

Travelling long term has always been a dream, and it's one, maybe even THE best thing I 've done in my life so far! Quit job and started in April 2014 volunteering in Ecuador and kept on doing so while traveling through Southamerica.
Meeting so many people from so many different places and getting to know different ways of life is nothing else than a gift.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because staying with locals is the best way of travelling, to understand different cultures and ways of life, to get to know places without guide book, amazing ( personall) places, which make a place specific and loveble,

Interests

Nature and everything which got to do with preserving its beauty ( ... having a hard time in south america in terms of recycling...) therefore sostainability, permaculture, gardening...
Hiking, camping, swimming in rivers and lakes, miss cyceling while travelling ( and regrt not having done the carretera austral by bike)
Cooking & eating, improvisational theatre, music ( not too electronic), concerts ( acutally missing Berlin in that respect ...),dancing ( having spent a night dancing always leaves me with joy and energy but it happened too seldom I find)
