I am a 20 year old girl, living and born in Denmark.
Right now I am enjoying a gap year working (to earn money that i can spend on travelling ha!)
Therefore I am working full time as a Burger Builder at a fastfood restaurant called The Burger Concept, and also part time as a Customer Service assistant at the danish supermarked chain Bilka.
Last year i finished upper secondary school, but before that I toke a year at i boarding school and also lived one year in Spain, more accurately Cadiz in Andalucia, as an exchange student. Which means I am pretty fluent in spanish, but my grammar still needs a bit of work and honestly I must say I am a bit rusty at the moment unfortunately....
At the moment, besides working I am spending time with my friends, knitting, working out, watching good crime series and also spending time with my boyfriend.
I love a good glass wine (must say I am still in the learning process of enjoying red wine) long talks, beautiful views and good company. I am a sucker for learning new things and I absolutely love learning about new cultures and meeting new people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

First of all my hearts beats for experiencing new things, meeting new people and learning about other cultures and ways of life. But especially I have joined Couchsurfing this year because I am going on a 3 months trip through Asia in march. Travelling to Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam with a friend of mine and we hoped to meet new people through this page, maybe to meet up or maybe to get advice from other backpackers and locals.
Also I hope that my 2 gap years will be filled with more travelling and many more trips, because I have a wish to see and experience every inch of the world one day.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Must be my year travelling to Spain alone at 16 year old. I never saw this as scary while doing it, but afterwards I can see how brave it was. I never had spanish before I went there which mean my vocabulary was very limited (to hello and goodbye almost ha!)
But I experienced so much that year about myself and about spanish people and their way of living, which was the start of my hunger for travelling i guess.
I also got really close with some other exchange students and we try to meet up once a year at least, which means I am often travelling to Slovakia and Finland, where they live.
