Currently studying sociology as a master's student in Strasbourg, France !

I'm traveling the whole month of August around Germany/Czech republic/Austria/Slovakia and maybe Hungary/Poland with a friend! (1st-15th with Sophie, a German student in political sciences and 15th-1st with Samuel, a sociology student) 🌞 Yes, I managed to convince friends that hitchhiking was an amazing way of travel 🎉🌅🌄
They both were my flatmates in Strasbourg sometime in the year and you'll find pictures of them in the pics section 🪷

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I absolutely love to travel and meet new people from different backgrounds (surprised?) 😁

To do so, I find hitchhiking to be an amazing way to get to talk with people I would never have talked to in another context! I discovered this way of traveling for the first time during the summer 2020 when I for the first time traveled entirely with the help of my thumb and the one of my friend for two weeks in Italy and Switzerland 🥰 Tents, mats and stuff to cook and there we went! Happily (not the case of the family... 😅), we got lucky and got to be hosted 80% of our nights by incredible people we met during this trip that became the best of my life for sure!

So, thinking we only had opportunities but wondering if it would happen again, we thought Couchsurfing was a nice way to meet people without constantly asking ourselves if we would have a place to stay, out of our tent, since it was the goal of our trip: to meet people! 💃

Interests

I really enjoy listening to music and dancing (even if I'm REALLY bad at it), it's a way of getting all my energy out when I have too much 😅

I also love to discuss about stuff, life, society, philosophy or just anything, sharing views and listening to people's stories 😊

Love to hike and the sun is my best friend 🌞

About traveling: my goal is to make money after my studies and go to New Zealand! And backpacking back to France 🌾🌳

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to India in an Indian family for a total of two months, my brain got fucked by the cultural differences and all the thoughts it made me unlock 😅
