About Me

CURRENT MISSION

a little bit like Nokia's current mission :"Connecting people"

ABOUT ME

My name is Louise and I'm a young student in fashion design in Brussels in order to become designer. For now, I discover art in a broad sense (applied arts, visual art, fashion, architecture ...) I lived in Paris four years ago, and now in Brussels.
I'm a calm person, but I always manage to end up in messy situations in my personal life (let's call that an "artistic sensibility" haha)

PHILOSOPHY

I like to live the present moment. I try to sense the presence of art in the life, be sensitive. I can not imagine a trip without speaking with people who live in. i want to understand their culture and their way of thinking. I HATE all organised trips. To me, going to a holiday inn with swimming pool and shopping center is not the proof of an open mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to host guests at home. Friends or strangers, everyone is welcome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first time I went to Amsterdam was also my first CouchSurfing experience.....but.....it was a happy unforseen. My friends and me had to camp in nature but it began raining so much that the tent had become a swimming pool. Knocking at a door, we met a Couchsurfer who hosted us besides the three Polish girls who were already there. It was an amazing experience to hear everyone talk about his life in so many langages.
with Manon Lamboley (CS too)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would like to share french culture (I would love to cook french food for you, for example), to talk about my ways of travelling and discover yours.
I'm a very curious person. In particular, I am eager to discuss news topics (especially the local ones) with you. I use to pay attention to news (actuality, society issues) in the places I visit, and I really appreciate to talk about what's going on where I go with the people who live there, even if we do not always share the same point of view (obviously) !

Countries I’ve Visited
