ABOUT ME

Hello! Hello! Well, I'm a pretty swell guy, i'm super compassionate and love to collaborate, listen and talk, read, write and skate. I also make two kinds of music, one being cutesy electronic lo fi music and the other being droney noise rock.

My friend Jack and I are travelling through Iceland this year to help out with LungA Festival as part of an exchange. We are staying in Reykjavik for 3 days before we travel to the Fjords and I would really appreciate if you could host us! In return we will bake you a cake, vegan and gluten free and needed!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My flatmates and I have previously hosted a couchsurfer before, and last year, interrailed through Europe for a month mostly staying with couchsurfers in Graz and Prague :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Trying to figure out my favourite films is just a headache so I'm going to say at the moment I resonate most with Wim Wender's films Paris Texas and Wings of Desire.
I'm most inspired by noise music and 80's and 90's punk. I also love Post rock and I think at the moment my favourite bands are Godspeed You! Black Emperor!, Slint, Shellac and Boredoms.
Books: The Book of Laughter and Forgetting - Kundera, Brave New World - Huxley, Nausea - Sartre
I also love John Zorn.

My friend Nina and I built a bedroom inside a gallery at the beginning of the year.

I can show people loads of cool crazy bands and talk to you about/watch awesome films for hours and hours.
I make zines so I can help you with that. I also know a bit about video and sound editing and I can help you make a lot of noise with an amp and the right tools.
I can also tell you pointless facts about chia seeds.
