I am an easy-going guy who loves having fun! I am a student in journalism in university and I am very open to the world. I embrace everyone, even though I can be shy at first. I have a very theatrical personnality, and I love to have a good laugh.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am newbie! I just subscribed in order to find couches and meet new people during my trip in Spain this summer ! In the meantime, I will try to expand my network in my hometown, Montreal!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience yet! I have heard a lot of good things about CS and I really feel like I could learn a lot from couchsurfing experiences.

Interests

I love fashion and work in the industry. I also love arts, the beach, walks in the city, shopping, discovering new places and meeting new people. As a proud gay man I also enjoy participating into the LGBT scene!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love horror movies but I also love classic genre films, dramas and some comedies. For example, I loved Shortbus, Chatroom, The Shining, Suspiria, Martyrs, and movies by my local Xavier Dolan.

I find remembering books I read difficult. I like teen angst books. I also loved the Harry Potter series, A series of unfortunate events, Stephen King, Marquis de Sade, Amélie Nothomb.

I listen to mostly pop - Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, Nicki Minaj, Adele - and old French music - Serge Gainsbourg, Indochine, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to Cuba three times and I must admit this is one of the most fantastic places I have ever been. Of course, I've been to resorts, but I've also experienced life in a youth communist camp and doing volunteering on a farm. Cubans are very peculiar people in the sense that they are so diverse but also so loving and resourceful. You can learn a lot from them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love my first language - French - and I believe I can make a very good teacher! I also believe in raising awareness towards LGBT and mental health issues.
