I'm a friendly, easy going, polite and respectful person. Grew up in Europe and lived in the U.S. for 17 years. I'm a chef by trade, with a recent degree in Nutrition. Food is very important to me (wine too 😉)

Camping for a week at the bottom of the Grand Canyon was one of the most memorable experiences. I've traveled to many different places and I love to share my stories with people, also find out about new things from others-that's usually the best way to get new ideas and discover new places
