About Me
Hi Everyone,
my name is LouLou, a german, spontanious, adventurous young woman.
I am 21 years old, I live in Berlin and study the world of film, film finance and production. I spent one year in VA, USA and 9 months in Paris. In summer 2014, after graduating High School, I got to travel around the States for 5 weeks with two of my best friends. It was an amazing adventure. We've met so many great human beings who opened their homes for us to host us for a couple of nights. We shared stories, went surfing or dacning together and just enjoyed meeting and exchanging laughs with each other. That's when I started being fascinated about the world of couchsurfing. One will never be able to get to know a place and its locals better than by staying at someone's home. Staying at someone's home goes along with trust, confidence and respect for each other. It's like diving into a different world and getting to know its environment and way of living.
I hope to be able to spend more time traveling in the future, to do couchsurfing along my way and to meet inspiring people that open their homes for others. And I promise, very soon, I'll be opening my home as well! To give back what others have given me :)
“Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination, and the journey. They are home.”
― Anna Quindlen
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I traveled around the USA with two friends of mine and we were able to stay at many different places with all sorts of people who opened their homes for us all around the country. We spent great nights getting to know people from all over the world. We exchanged experiences and talked about all sorts of important and strange things in life . We shared valuable moments together, I'll never forget.
And because of these great people, I want to give it back to others who need a home for a couple of nights just as we did.
But for now, I am still a traveler who sees couch surfing as a genius opportunity to get to know people, their lives and environment.
Interests
I love meeting people, making new friends, traveling, crossing boundaries and trying to make our planet a better place.
I sing, dance, act and started to play the guitar and piano (We'll see how that goes^^)
In the future, I want to discover new places, meet more people and be more open for new things to come.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 16, I stayed one year in America and went to High School there.
2 years later, I traveledfor 5 months through the States. Three girls, 13 States and a hybrid.
The I lived in Paris for almost 9 months and got to know the parisian way of living. Crazy, busy but romantic :)
Last summer, 2015, I worked in Beach Hostel in the South of Italy. That time, I was staying at one place, and without even moving, people from all over the world came and stayed with us. An amazing experience!
