J'aime les choses simples, suis végétarienne et pratique beaucoup de yoga et de méditation. J'aime les conversations authentiques. J'essaye toujours d'être la meilleure version de moi-même.

I like simple things, am vegetarian and practice a lot of yoga and meditation. I like authentique conversations. I always try to be the best version of myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Si tu es positif, vois les expériences même mauvaises dans ce qu'elles peuvent t'apporter dans une évolution de soi, tu seras heureux, tu surmonteras les épreuves et tu deviendras plus fort. La vie est faite de changement qu'il faut chérir car ils te font évoluer.

If you are positive and see bad experiences in what they can bring to you as self-development, you have more chances to be happy and to overcome life events and become stronger. Life is made of constant changes that it's good to cherished because they make you grow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

J'aime profondément rencontrer des gens, qui, sans ce genre de plateforme, je n'aurais pas connu. De plus, vivre de nouvelles expériences enrichissantes, partager des états d'âmes et des expériences de voyages. Si je dors chez une personne partageant son espace vitale avec des inconnus c'est qu'il doit être intéressant à rencontrer!

I deeply love meeting people, without this kind of platform I would not have known. Moreover, enjoy new learning experiences, share moods and travel experiences. If I sleep in someone's house, sharing his vital space with strangers, this person must be interesting to meet!

Je ne regarde pas trop de film plutôt des documentaires sur le nourriture, les dernières découvertes en psychologie et sur la spiritualité.

Everything, i'm open-minded and i think that everything is interesting to discover.
I love Paulo Coelho, 4th Toltec Agreements, The Magic (a book of Gratitude) and the Autobiography of a Yogi (Yogananda).
I don't watch that many movies, more documentaries on food, psychology discovery and spirituality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

J'ai vécu deux semaines dans un village de trois habitants où un ami a construit son îlot de bois et de pierre en plein milieu de la montagne dans les îles Canaries. Je m'endormais en regardant les étoiles chaque soirs. Nous nous nourrissions des plantes de son jardin. Vivre en autarcie était une fabuleuse expérience ressourçante. C'est de cette manière que j'aimerais vivre ma vie.

I spent two weeks in a village with three residents where a friend built his "house" of wood and stone in the middle of the mountain in the Canary Islands. I felt asleep looking at the stars every nights. We were gathering food from his garden to eat. Self-sufficient is the way I would like to live my life.
