About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore Perú, Bolivia and the north of Chile and Argentina.

ABOUT ME

I just graduated from medicine school, and soon i'll become a psychiatrist. I'd love to deeply understand human mind and to be able to help people with their problems. i'm a photographer on the side, you can check my work at http://luiskevinparaiso.tumblr.com . I also used to do kung fu, reiki and attend music lessons in the conservatory.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I can't host travelers in Madrid because I live with four other members of my family, as well as our cat. I hope to move after the summer to my own place and I will open up my couch then.

I am about to do a two month solo trip starting in Perú, before coming back to start my residency. I will be searching for couches to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I currently don't have any official couchsurfing experience. I've hosted friends and sometimes friend's friends, as we all have. When I lived in Lisbon i hosted a bunch of people, and I liked being able to show visitors what I had learned about the town. What I like about this website is how it's an organized friend-of-friend network. A step beyond staying at a crap hostel recommended by the lonely planet. A chance to ask your host about their favorite spots, people crashing your otherwise empty lonely couch, all that

Interests

i like to travel to meet other cultures, see the diversity of the world and at the same time how we're all similar deep down. I like to bring my camera with me because it makes me have my eyes wide open and appreciate better the details of what surrounds me. It also helps me to later create a link among all the places and people I meet.
