ABOUT ME

I am blessed with many beautiful people in my life who support and respect me on my unique journey. This has really allowed me to open up to accepting the different paths and experiences people create for themselves. I have a lot of joy and happiness by living life with a loving and open mind & open heart.
Keeping honest and laughing a lot are so important for my spirit!
I really love the simple pleasures of life: going for walks and bike rides, enjoying all that nature offers us (SO ABUNDANT!!), animals, children, connecting and sharing with others.. in this way I am always a student and a teacher and there is a beautiful way of giving and receiving flowing through my life.
I have most recently traveled South America to learn the language, learn from a new culture, work with plant medicines, trek, and get involved with communities along the way!
This has lead me to where I am at today: studying Herbalism (my dream is to get my masters in Herbalism and carry the wisdom, healing, and energy of the plants to the hands of humanity).
My intuition is my greatest guide, I am constantly in a test as to "am I trusting or distrusting my intuition?"

PHILOSOPHY

Since everything is energy, and love encompasses all energy, all is love. It is easy.. radiate love!
Being one with the beauty in all existence.
To listen to the wisdom which surrounds us.. communicating with nature to wake up to our true identity.
Trust your senses and your intuition, practice and learn to communicate with the heart-- you know what light-filled path to create for yourself, this is your truest love and guidance.
Touch the Earth, the Earth is generously caring for you, pay attention.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have participated with couch-surfing as I've been traveling: I've had the opportunity to stay with many wonderful people, coming together and learning through sharing (of experiences, knowledge, stories, wisdom, creativity, etc.!)It has been an amazing journey and I will definitely be super enthusiastic to open my door when I return home. I participate with an attitude of great appreciation and kindness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It is such an amazing and terrific way to learn about people and culture and staying with the locals provides a beautiful experience! Always much to learn from every soul so it is a great way to teach me (and teach others) and gain new perspectives.

Reading, nature!!!, reiki & energy healing, music, yoga, writing, meditation, dancing!!!, creative interaction, rubberboots & puddles, camping!!!, watching skies, listening to the ocean, stars, touching the earth, tasting different cuisines, animals, natural medicine (herbs), researching/self-study, thunder storms, meeting new people of all different walks of life. Recently discovered and fell in love with bird watching, berry picking and identifying mushrooms.

Books: Anything that teaches me and expands my awareness, or a good story-teller of imaginative tales.
I recently discovered a gorgeous book called "The Boreal Herbal" by Beverley Gray.. it is amazing! And super inspiring. I think maybe my next trip will be to the Yukon...? ;)
Music: In music I love diversity!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-Spent several months in the Amazon... Life-changing in more ways than I can count! It has opened my eyes to the gift of life EVERYWHERE within all!!!
-Camping around Canada (even winter camping! Challenging...), Peru, and Australia. I love camping, it is in the experience of returning to such simplicity that I connect with a greater space within myself and within relation to life.
-Star-gazing :) Never ceases to amaze me, it's where we all come from, how can it not be amazing?!?
-Getting my Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy training. I have found within myself a great deal of what I used to seek, many answers to problems have been uncovered, and mountains of growth!

First of all, a happy spirit! :) And, if you're open to it, a reiki treatment! I also carry around a pack of tarot, so if you want, draw a card and connect to your inner wisdom, for fun or for deeper discovery. Since I am studying Herbalism, I can share the knowledge too. I can teach you about meditating... I can attempt to cook, which isn't my strongest point, but my effort will go into it!
