About Me
If you are sending out mass request that you have no intention of following threw with then do not send a request!!!!!
We get a lot of requests so if you find a place before we get back to you please cancel the request ASAP.
AGAIN if you find a place before we responding cancel your request.
AGAIN it is quite rude to cancel requests right AFTER we approve. If You find another place you should really cancel your pending requests as soon as possible. We realize travel problems and delays arise that is completely understandable. We are talking about a large number of people that request, we approve and send out directions, parking, gate codes, door lock codes, set everything up and approve them only to get an immediate reply "oh sorry we already found a place." That's fine but how hard is it to cancel your pending requests.

If you don't want to stay here don't request, if you find a better place, cancel your request before waiting for an acceptance.

Did you read the above? are you sure you read the above?
Do not read any farther until you have read the above!

Yes it really really has become that much of a problem which is why we changed to Maybe hosting.
Imagine how CS will change if surfers keep treating hosts with lack of respect. This drives more to air B&B

So about our place....
We have 2 cats so cat hair is in the air.
Your independence is important. We work long hours during the week. Sorry please don't expect us to show you around and expect continuous conversations and hosting. If we are going somewhere we will invite you to join us but during the week we are exhausted.
Please don't expect a hotel, we try to stay clean but there will be dust on the shelves, clothes in the laundry, clean dishes not put away and incoming outgoing mail and such on the tables.
Parking inside a gated community but it may be a little bit of a walk.
We are upstairs.
ABOUT ME
"Life is a journey, not a destination." Ralph Waldo Emerson -
Sarah and I are new to Las Vegas, we enjoy outdoor activities and hiking. Much more here than just the strip even though we are only 2.5 miles away from the Luxor.
I grew up on a ranch in west Texas, I learned Air Conditioning eventually opened my own company which is still operating today by a friend of mine and I now teach HVAC at a Trade School here in Law Vegas.
I have also lived in San Angelo and San Antonio Texas, Key Largo Florida, Miami Florida as well as Mackay & Cairns Australia. I try to help anyone anyway I can. I enjoy to see others points of view but does not mean I will adopt it as my own and I hate to argue.
Other than an occasional speeding ticket have never been on the wrong side of the law.
PHILOSOPHY
Every day is a gift.
Every regret is an anchor
Every new opportunity is an adventure,
Every new friend is a human growth
"Nobody ever said on their death bed they wished they complained more or didn't worry enough"
"If your life flashes before your eyes will it be worth watching"
