About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"Inside everyone is a great shout of joy waiting to be born" David Whyte
ABOUT ME
I feel blessed to be on life's great adventure! I was born and raised in Boston, and moved to LA in 1990. Since then I've lived in Santa Cruz, Peru, San Francisco, and now live in Mt Shasta. I spent years working as a financial controller in the business world, as well as a holistic practitioner....I feel at home in both worlds. I'm into healthy living: food, nature, yoga, dance, and spiritual life. I'm a traveler by heart, of mind, body and spirit. Love the natural world and delight in the eccentricities of people. I love to laugh, cook, dance, hang with friends and play .
PHILOSOPHY
We have what we seek. It is there all the time, and if we give it time, it will make itself known to us.
~Thomas Merton~

Music, Movies, and Books
I liked Barak Obama's Dream's of My Father, Conscious Loving, Emptiness Dancing by Adya.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I raised my sister's two children when my sister was ill...it was an incredible life altering experience. I also lived in Huarez, Peru learning how to mountain climb.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've spent years traveling, in search of something...it's been a yearning, a burning to know, to understand, to experience, to move, and be in the world. As much as I love traveling, I'm learning that the inner journey is as rich and just as important.
