ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty easy going guy, social, outgoing and active. I'd love to hear from anyone who's passing through and interested in seeing the unbeaten track, doing some skiing or mountain biking, getting advice on where to hike or camp or just plain chillin. I might even be able to lend out a bike or board to the foreigner who was foolish enough to leave his/hers at home....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spent the last few years in a big house in Courtenay and hosted a ton of surfers passing through the Comox valley. Now that I'm living in Victoria in a basement suite it's a little tougher to host but I can still manage to put up a couch now and again.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I ran into a cougar on the north end of Vancouver Island a couple years ago, that was pretty wild...seeing the mountains in Alaska recently def a big highlight. I met my long lost half sister while traveling on a tiny remote island in Scotland (totally randomly) a while back, that's up there. Pretty much any big pow day on any of my favourite mountains cracks the tops. And of course travelling...recent big trips included India and Brazil.
