Yo!

I'm Lovey, you can also call me Love. But please, never Ann hahaha. I am from the Philippines - grew up in a small island, so I'm basically an island girl, then moved to Manila to study in the university. From then on, I was based in the city to work, previously as a French Production Analyst - basically that means processing healthcare data from clients in French-speaking countries. However, I'm back to being a student and is based now in Belgium.

From time to time, I travel here and abroad to enjoy various landscapes and cultures and meet people from all walks of life and so the learning is ever-flowing. In the exchange, the magic always happens. Do you agree?

I love finding meaning and connection of seemingly scattered appearances and chaotic noises, both in the inner and outer worlds. I find challenge in integration of movement inside and outside (doing / being) but that makes us whole - that is to say, connected in mind, body, and spirit. The triangle is complete! Perhaps that's why traveling is so mesmerizing. What do you think?

Because of love for travel and writing, I have been led to the path of organizing creative writing workshops, poetry/photography exhibits, and transformational travel retreats in the Philippines, and hopefully in various parts of the world too.

Let's create intersections. Let's cover the wild spaces. ✌️

-I have a unique, vibrant personality and a hearty, sincere laugh you'll never forget. Most people tell me I'm "chill", I am very adaptable to dealing with different personalities and can almost converse with anyone as traveling for years has improved my social skills. I especially love talking with children because they are the smartest! But adults are interesting too haha

-I co-created a photography / poetry platform called The Echoes (the-echoes.com), and also founded a part-travel journal, part-philosophical inquiry website called Art of Movement (artofmovement.space) so I can teach how to kickstart the creative writer in you, or share tips about writing, or anything about arts if you like!

-Aside from writing, I can also do proofreading and editing.

-I take good photos, at least on my perspective, and have basic photo-editing skills. Want me to take photos of your creative project or event? Of your house or your garden? Or maybe take photos of each other? That would be fun!

-I love languages: I am Fluent in English, Intermediate level in French and Beginner in Italian, so we can have a language exchange. I love reading too! We can have a loooooong conversation about books and literature we love or do book exchange.

-I can help with household chores, go with you to the market/buy stuff for you, and other things you might need help with at home.

-I love Nature and being part of it! We can walk for hours by the shore, in a forest, on a mountain, under the stars, rain or shine and that would be infinite. Parks are not bad too.

-I can offer a space for reflection, for healing and give you a Reiki session if you like. I do it to myself too, it's very relaxing.
