ABOUT ME

I seek adventure in all things. Life should be lived and not just tolerated which is how I found myself living and teaching English in South Korea at the age of 40. In the expat community, age is just a number and I like that. I have friends of all ages and enjoy traveling with them and doing fun things. I want to see places, do things, meet people, and have memories of a lifetime of accomplishments; not regrets.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life on my own terms. I want to live life happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have several friends who are very active with couchsurfing and highly recommend it. I want to become more active and get out more as well as host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though not organized through CS, I have had homestays in Malta, Germany, and Czechoslavokia. I always walk away with a feeling of awe and wonder as I discover that people are people wherever you go and, though we may come from different backgrounds, people who are of like minds when it comes to travel always find a way to connect.

I enjoy visiting historical sites, learning about different cultures, trying new foods, singing, the beach, and enjoying life.
