ABOUT ME
Born and raised in the country side of southern Sweden, worked as an au pair for a year in Rowayton, CT, an hour north of NYC, America. After this a returned to Sweden for about 9 months to continue my job at a retirement home in my hometown. Then left to explore Australia for 8 months, but fell in love with the beautiful country and amazingly relaxed lifestyle so I ended up staying for 2 years.
Before I headed back to Sweden I fulfilled my biggest dream and was volunteering at a conservation park for lions in Zimbabwe for 2 weeks where we walked the older cubs and fed the bigger lions and cleaned out their enclosures.
But now I am back in Sweden and ready to host you amazing travellers!!
I am a very open and happy young woman who loves nothing more than to get to know new people over a coffee, a crazy night out or simply a 3 hour long walk around my new city or its surrounding forests.
LOVE LIFE!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it's a bloody awesome way to get to know people and to actually see new places of the world, not just the tourist areas.
Interests
Love traveling, to see new places, EAT (pretty much everything), being active in all sorts of ways (recently fell in love with scuba diving and have always loved running and gym), and to just chill out with people watching a movie or talk for hours over a coffee or a beer.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love movies but have watched way to few, can't live without music that really make you wanna go running and dance like crazy and songs with amazing tunes and lyrics. Have read to few books as well but it's pretty nice and relaxing if you really have nothing else to do..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef and to walk with lions in Zimbabwe are the best experiences of my life so far!
Some other pretty cool things I've done is skydiving in Mission Beach, Bungy jump in Cairns, getting lost and drunk in the jungles of Thailand, done my advanced course in diving outside Cape town (8 degrees is not okay for diving in) running out of gas in the middle of nowhere in the Australian outback, skiing in the French Mountains in Canada, cuddle wallabies, taking singing lessons for a NYC Broadway actor, travel the whole west and north coast of Australia in less than 2,5 weeks, to live just outside NYC for a whole year, work with cattle and wild horses in the outback of Australia, hear whales sing under the surface in Hawaii, getting chased by camels, stand at the edge of Grand Canyon, surf at the Great Ocean Road and danced with the American Navy.
Well, that was some other quite cool things I have done withing the last 4 years.
