TRAVEL THE WORLD!

Started an education technology company in 2011 and is currently travelling around to better understand the startup ecosystems and possible expansion of my company. And oh yes!! Just recently started a travel tech startup, because travel! :)

ABOUT ME

Fun, Outgoing and Adventurous! I am actually shy by nature, but I do warm up to people quickly! And once I do, I tend to talk non stop and always looking for fun things to do! =D

My passion is in youth entrepreneurial education, Cultivating the Galaxy's Best Young Founders at Reactor (www.Reactor.sg). It is about helping get youths exposed to entrepreneurship and be better be able to plan in pursuing it.

Have been engaged entrepreneurially since age 5, illegal hawking his second hand toys to other kids in neighbouring parks, he has gone on to dabble in startups over the years. His startup consulting, venture capital and investment experience are not just in Singapore but also Beijing and Middle East.

Having immersed in startup ecosystems around the world, I would love to better understand those within our region and be able to better support in building them, starting from youths.

PHILOSOPHY

What goes around, comes around! I don't have a religion, but kind of live by own life philosophy that I have seeked out when I was 16. haha!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling around a lot, and couched surf twice so far.. But through CS, I also met up with a lot of the locals through the activities and the people have been AWESOME!! =D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed my first time in DC. My host, Laura, was great! It might not be a lot of surfing, but I do meet a lot of awesome people in the community, and it has made me a big fan of CS! =D

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many!!! Was a real movie junkie and practically caught any movie that interest me the slightest. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Egypt was the most awesome experience to me!
Also, I just had a student exchange to Montreal, Canada then spent a year in Beijing, China interning in a Venture Captial firm. Made many wonderful friends there!

Scuba Diving makes it on to the list as well! Just want to experience life to its fullest! =D

Teach, Learn, Share

Singapore is a country with many races, languages, cultures and religions! And I travel the world to meet more people to learn from them and share what I have learnt so far! =D

I am relatively deep thinker and know some coaching & counselling.

Also relatively plugged in to the startup ecosystem, so if you are in a startup or interested to do so, WE GOT TO MEET! :)
