About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am playing with new narratives and exploring possibilities for my life direction with inspiration from the people and places I meet.

ABOUT ME

I am a deeply caring, intuitive, intelligent and aware man. I have been cultivating the skills to make life more dignified and fulfilling than that status quo or mainstream paradigm, for myself and others. I am into alternative health, I am an organizer for social and environmental justice, I come from working class and am proudly working class. I have been told I'm a good listener.
I have great taste in music, art, friends, food, footwear, woodworking tools, and gear. I like bikes. I can talk about eastern mysticism with you for hours if you want to. I prefer the company of folks who don't fit the mold, and allow others the same freedom. I will play pickup soccer with you. I have lived in the Ozark Biome my whole life, from East to West, and am glad to be from the Midwest.
I like dogs, cats, and wee people. I don't smoke cigarettes. I do like good beer, sometimes. I do like good coffee, sometimes (I am a bad-ass barista= snob, but I'll gratefully drink what's offered to me). I am a great cook, and think I especially excel at soups, sauces, and curries. I can hardly bake even from a box. The rest you'll have to find out in person.

PHILOSOPHY

Shake it if you got it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am pretty engaged in anything I'm doing, wherever I'm at. I believe in mutual aid, autonomy, and cooperation, in general think a participatory format of decision-making, economics, healthcare, learning, and everything else is the way to go. If I'm at your house, I'll take initiative and give what I've got.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no formal couchsurfing.com experience as of yet, however, the collective houses I've lived at have hosted hundreds of travelers in total. I know what a good house guest is like, and what a bad house guest is like. I have mainly stayed with friends in past trips but am now traveling in a longer term and more adventurous way, and would love to meet you and see your town from the local point of view, and hopefully add some merriment to your abode.
