About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Engineering destiny.

ABOUT ME

Tasmania bred, currently preparing to take on the globe now that I'm satisfied that I've seen most of Australia.

I've been living in a hammock the last two years and am getting more and more into minimalism and anarchism. Saying this, I am neither vegan nor a conspiracy theorist and spend the majority of my time drinking red wine on the porch with a good book.

The current plan is to continue working until March, ride to cairns and sell my motorbike and let myself fade into the blue yonder. Like that movie. But I won't starve.

In the meantime, looking to host as many roguish characters as I can find. Ideally you have ridiculously huge travel plans or a soul consuming passion for something seemingly un doable.

PHILOSOPHY

Irish music, flute, languages, anarchism, cookery/food, wine (but not in a wanky way).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So I'm not actually looking for surfers per se, rather a short term housemate. My current housemate is moving out, so looking for someone who'd like to rent a room over the summer. I know it's not quite the usual setup, but hey, cheaper than the hostel :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting everyone who shows interest while at home and spending my karma points while elsewhere.

Music, Movies, and Books

It is your natural right to do as you please, and your natural obligation to deal with the consequences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

New Year 2010 on or sharehouse roof - fireworks on one side and a lightning storm on the other. Quite, quite nice.

Teach, Learn, Share

Would like to meet more musically minded individuals who are keen to try faffing around with a fairly average flutist.

Countries I’ve Visited

New Zealand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Australia
