ABOUT ME

I'm a film-maker, animator, cake decorator, animal enthusiast, crafter, and artist. Since graduating from art school I've found that I'm the happiest when I'm working on projects that allow me to be creative while exploring the world around me. I've spent the past two years working as a video producer for a company that makes iphone tours of Boston. The biggest projects have been for the aquarium and a murder mystery tour of beacon hill. In my free time I love running around outside, live music, art shows, festivals, movies, sports bars (if they serve buffalo wings), improv comedy, margaritas, badminton, camping, reading, taking lots of photos... If given too much free time I have a tendency to invent ridiculous art projects (usually along with my room mate Andrea) to keep busy . A long winter of unemployment yielded an 8 ft stuffed animal bear rug, a mapped video animation sculpture, several silkscreened t-shirts, and a massive video installation involving spy cameras and mirrored walls...
In 2008, I received a grant to travel to Thailand and spent a month volunteering and traveling. Other than that I haven't been very far... I go to the Ottawa Animation Festival every year in Canada and I've been to Florida, Maine, Nh on family vacations. I love traveling and need to do more of it!
