ABOUT ME

I love cooking and climbing trees, telling and listening to stories, being barefoot, and finding the perfect word to express something too specific for other words.

If I could do anything with my life, I would direct plays and run a bakery.

PHILOSOPHY

"I loathe the expression 'what makes him tick.' It is the American mind, looking for a simple solution, that uses the foolish expression. A person not only ticks, he also chimes and strikes the hour, falls and breaks and has to be put together again, and stops like an electric clock in a thunderstorm."
