ABOUT ME

My best friends would say that I'm fun, loyal, and responsible. I enjoy finding people who can inspire me, who I can learn from, and those who can keep me accountable. I've grown a lot over the several years and have taken a step back to enjoy my life as it is where I am.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life the only way I know how. Independently. My friends are my family. I love with my whole heart. I work very hard, and I'm also learning how to work smart too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started off surfing to ATL for a few days and now I host. I enjoy hosting a lot. Since I've begun a new job, I probably wont get to surf for a bit, but hosting is super fulfilling and I can't wait to meet you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couch surfing once before and had a great time! I have just begun hosting and I think it's a great experience. I love getting to know people and learn their story, and even for just a bit become a part of it.

Interests

I have many many interests. My friends and family are first and foremost. I have a cute dog, her name is Sweet Pea and she's a peach. She loves going on walks and bike rides. I enjoy binge watching Netflix just as much as the next guy, but I also love going out and hearing live music and drinking beer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm down to read, listen and watch anything. I want to discover new books, music and movies. My favorite movie, or one that I quote often, is American Beauty. I cannot pick a favorite genre of music. I grew up listening to country music, went through my metal phase, listen to loves song, and dance to techo and dubstep. One of my favorite authors is Stephen King. I love his descriptiveness. . I enjoy pretty much everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I enjoy backpacking, so every trip I go on is breathtaking with wonderful views and great company. Also, during the summer, I'm part of a student program that relocates for those ten weeks and we sell education books, software, and a website that help them in school. The best part of the summer is going back for deliveries and seeing how excited the kids are to get things that help them learn and how much the parents care about their children's education. Once when I was Mexico, we (my family) went to this place called Yalapa. It had just recently received electricity at the time and the only way to get to the place was by boat or helicopter. The most beautiful sunset and night sky I've ever experienced was the few nights I spent there. A place completely pure. I loved it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I like making things with my hands. I crochet, knit, paint, sew, draw, and other random things. I like cooking. I'm not a professional at any particular thing, but I love dabbling in a lot.
