ABOUT ME
After graduating from college, I moved to Spain to learn the language and challenge myself to do something new. I think everyone should experience the world while everything they own can still fit into a suitcase or two. I lived in Sevilla for a month, then moved to Barcelona, where I taught English for three years. Now that I'm back in the US, living in Philadelphia, I'd love the chance to host travelers from around the world.
PHILOSOPHY
I try to learn and create as much as I can. I think we should leave things a little better off than when we found them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
While I was living in Europe, I met people passing through Barcelona for a drink or a night out. I've had many positive couch surfing experiences, especially while traveling with my sister during a summer tour of 5 cities and surfing couches along the way. I think it's an indispensable resource to meet interesting people and have an authentic experience in a foreign country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing view I've seen is at the ruins of a Greek theater in Taormina, overlooking Catania, Sicily.
I'll have to get back to you on the most amazing thing I've done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've worked as a teacher, giving both English and Spanish classes, and now I'm studying to be an applied psychologist. I love language exchanges and sharing experiences and travel tips.
