Horse back ride through Colombian coffee country, hike through the Giant Redwoods in Northern California, stargaze atop a Mayan pyramid in Izamal, México, play beach soccer on the Copa Cabana, people watch on the Champ Elysee, and many more experiences that I am eternally grateful for.
