I am Lu, I am currently building my brand as a Professional Coach and digital nomad, enjoying and transiting through this wonderful challenge that brings the freedom to have my own time, to experience life from a more authentic and abundant place. I say that because I worked for big corporations for 10 years and at my 30s I decided to change my style of life radically.

I am a very dreamy, sensitive, persistent and committed person. I love nature, I practice meditation every day, I like to dance and travel a lot. Through Coaching, I connected with my true Purpose that is to contribute and accompany the integral development of people and help generate awareness to live in a healthier and freer world.
I am convinced that we were born to be happy and that it is essentially up to ourselves to connect with our creative side to change our reality.

I want to feel connected, comfortable, and collaborative. I love traveling, meeting open-minded and kind people from different cultures. This opens possibilities and allows us to feel part of the world and not just part of a single city. We are all humans, that is the deep point of real connection.
