Hello everyone, I am Luana! :)
I live in a beautiful city of Sicily called "Catania" with my family, I really love to know different cultures and different languages and that's why travelling is very important to me.
I would like to go everywher in the world, but I even have a strong link with my land, my city and my culture: everytime I leave and come back in Catania, I appreciate and love it always a little more than before :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have to explain which is my concept of travel to make you understand why I am on Couchsurfing... :)

I don't like "relaxing holidays" to stay in hotels and visit museums, that is not travelling.
According to me, travelling means to be in contact with the culture, the people and the language of the place I'm visiting, it means walking around the streets with no defined destination and descovering new places and new things step by step.
Travelling is not something apart from my daily life, it's part of it.
Travelling means venturing, discovering, risking, daring, living.
That's why we can be travelers even in our own city :)

So this is the reason why I'm on Couchsurfing: if well used, it can be a good way to be in contact with other travelers, who you can share your life with, even for a few days!
