Find out more and more about the world and myself in it. Time has it that the more people I meet, the more I realise the limits of our understanding of diversity and depth of human interactions.

ABOUT ME

Well, all would be too lengthy a reading :)
I love travelling and meeting people. Participate in a number of interest groups - folk dances, a writers' group of phantasy writing/reading people, love reading books, movies, theatre and good music, esp. jazz and folk.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy - life is a truly rich and mysterious experience that we can make much of, if we do not limit our senses and if we keep our interest in it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hopeful to start using the account more frequently and find the time to meet some of the people coming to Sofia or other people in the places that I travel to

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far just a few - a nice Porto (Portugal) acquaintance and stayed with a friend from a bike club in Dublin for about a week - this was the greatest experience of Irish hospitality and friendship :)

Me hosting - unfortunately not yet, just a couple of meetings with CSs in Sofia. Not enough time to hang around more often, unfortunately :(

Books - love reading modern European writers, that have been recognized by the literary communities.

Symphonic metal - Nightwish, Arkona,
Movies - too many to list. French 60-80, incl. their classic comedians. Wim Wenders, Carlos Saura movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't really tell. I have enjoyed and learned from many things and people in a positive way, so do not really give any one a special, outstanding place :) Have been able to travel to many places and by meeting many people have learned to stay open to the novelties that we as humans bring and have. Some of the most amazing places I have loved are mountain places in Bulgaria, Slovakia and Romania.
