I`m 30 years young, grown up at the heart of Europe - small village called Slovakia. After studying math in Bratislava, I moved for more studies to Switzerland, where my passion for travel started to shape. Since than every new country and every friendship created during my travels is making my life better and myself a bit happier. I believe the same stands for the people I spent my time with :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nothing better than to know a local in the strange city. This will always be the best way to really know the place and local conventions. Not to mention repaying the favor and show your own city to new people is a enriching experience.

After my partying period (until 22) I started to live my life actively:

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
grown up on Punk, Ska and Grunge, so that will always be part of me. Nowadays I like to listen also to Electric Swing (Parov Stelar), classic (Betthoven) and can appreciate a good movie soundtrack (Pulp Fiction, Guardians of Galaxy, City of God).
Movies:
Anything from Kubric - Clockwork Orange being my favourite, Scarface, City Of God, Fight Club, Warrior, 300. Also any kind of animated movie - Rattatouie, Wall-E, Nemo, Wreck it Ralph.
Books:
Fantasy - Witcher saga, science books,history books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit my job, went to Thailand to train Thai box for 4 months.

Can teach what I have experience with - that means IT, all of my hobbies and slovak language (if anybody would be interested :).
Learn: Spanish, cooking.
