I'm a boy from a little town near Verona, I have lived for three years in Trento because of my studies and now I'm living in Bologna for my master. I am, in fact, a student (I study humanities, Latin and Greek literature, more precisely), but I also work as a sales assistant for Decathlon. Moreover, I play the guitar in a band and I spend the rest of my time running, longboarding, reading books, chilling out and camping with friends.

I'm here on Couchsurfing because I love travelling and meeting new people (something you hardly do, actually, travelling as a tourist). If travels are meant to enrich our souls, and if our souls exist by the contact with others, how could we become richer travelling as islands?

音乐、电影和书籍

First of all: music is my food.
I couldn't imagine a life without music. Under every point of view: I love listening to it, I love going to the concerts of my favourite artists and I love playing it with my band (you can take a look here: https://www.facebook.com/indiansummer.banda) or by my own.
My musical background is a rock background: I grew up listening to Beatles, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith and so on, but then I opened myself to new genres. Nowadays I can say that my favourite artists are "just": Arctic Monkeys, Beatles, Bon Iver, De André, Eddie Vedder, Foo Fighters, Gorillaz, Jeff Buckley, Mannarino, Moderat, Radical Face, Radiohead, Sigur Ròs, Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, Verdena, Vinicio Capossela.

Of course, music is my biggest passion, but I love cinema too: my favourite movie directors are Woody Allen, Tim Burton and Tarantino, but also italians as Fellini, Sorrentino and Tornatore. Beside these, other movies deeply touched me: American Beauty, Life is beautiful, Once upon a time in America, Frank, The great Lebowski, Into the wild, The Truman Show... and how can I forget Disney movies?

Along with music, my other great passion is literature: that's what I study and what I do (and, I hope, what I will do in my life to come) and it is the main origin of what I am right now.
My main field of study is Classical literature, but this doesn't mean that I ignore what came after, definitively! I like the great Russian novels of Bulgakov, Dostoevskij and Tolstoj and I have a deep admiration for the 900's writers, both of novels and poetry: actually, I can say that books as Woolf's "Mrs Dalloway", Joyce's "Stephen Dedalus", Montale's "Ossi di seppia", Kundera's "The unbearable lightness of being" have changed my life.
Sure, I read tons of old stuff (Leopardi is one of my first loves), but there are lots of contemporary writers that I really appreciate, like Foer, Camilleri or Marquez (I know, he's dead, but I couldn't not mention him).
Moreover, I have a deep bond with poetry: I also write some (but don't ask me to show you my poems: maybe I'll do it spontaneously, but these things take time).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think that everyday things can be great things.
It was great my first flight, my first jump from a cliff, the first time I went to a concert, the first time I played in a concert, the first time I got drunk, the first time I slept in a wood.
I guess that other great things are here to come, small or big it doesn't make difference.

教，学，和分享

I can teach you how to cook the real italian spaghetti, or how to play the guitar, or how you can get lost in your own town (yes, I really did it).
But I like discovering new things, from seeing new places to cooking new foods: everything is worth to be learned!

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

There's not much I can offer but my presence and my positive attitude: I can discuss with you about the meaning of life or I can be your right hand in a drunken night.
I think that being open-minded and easy-going is something I can offer: it's not much, but it can become everything.

And of course, if you'll be around Verona or Bologna I can show you some nice place here!
